The payment method can be:
  • Bank Deposit in bank account of our company. (so you will be charged with transport costs, bank commissions etc. and you must send us the proof of deposit within two (2) working days in order to start sending your order, while as a reason for deposit you must always fill in your full name and the number of your order, which you will find in the email you will have received as soon as you place your order).
  • Payment by credit card of all banks (Visa or Mastercard and any others that appear on our website as accepted at any time). To use a debit/credit/prepaid card, you must first confirm that you own the card or have special authorisation from the cardholder to use it.
The purchase prices of the products at the time of placing the order are the current prices in euros and correspond fully to those listed on the company's website for each product, including VAT and any other taxes. The purchase prices of each product correspond to its value and do not include shipping costs, which are added to the price of the products purchased.Immediately upon completion of your order, you will be presented with a summary of the details of your order and once you confirm them, you will have completed your order in our store and will receive an email containing the details of your order, the method and terms of your billing, the method of payment and shipping costs. There is no way to deactivate these updates, which are intended solely to keep you properly informed regarding the status of your order at all times.You will be billed with a retail receipt, which will be delivered with the delivery of your order.
 

Shipping Methods

The products are sent via courier company to your door:
  • Attica 4,00€They are shipped within 3-5 working days from the completion of the order.
  • Inland Destinations 6,00€They are shipped within 5-10 working days from the completion of the order.
  • Island Destinations 8,00€They are shipped within 5-10 working days from the completion of the order.

The products are shipped to the delivery address you have indicated on our website when you place your order. The shipping costs of each order are automatically added to the total amount of your order.The above mentioned delivery time may be modified in exceptional cases of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances (e.g. transport workers' strike etc.). Our Company may modify the shipping and delivery terms of its products, and any such change will be posted immediately on our website.

Returns

You can return to our company the products you purchased within fourteen (14) working days from the date you receive them. You are not obliged to give us a reason for this decision to return the products you have purchased from our store. In the case of returning the product you bear the cost of returning the product - transport and courier company charges.

Please note that in order for the products you return to us to be accepted, you must:

  • First you must have contacted the Customer Service department either by phone or email to submit a return request, so that we can process and identify your order. When you have not previously made a return request to our company (verbal or by email), the product will be returned to the sender. The product must have been sent to us within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the product.
  • You must have completed and sent the return form with the product. You will find it here.
  • The product must be returned to us in its original condition, without damage or alterations, with all original labels - packaging & proof of purchase.
  • The product must be in the condition it was in when you received it. We do not accept returns of products that have been damaged for which the courier company that delivered the product is not responsible. For your convenience, immediately upon receipt of the product (the day and time of shipment are proven to our company by the courier company's indications) you can photograph it with your mobile phone and send us electronically the photos that capture the damage of the product. Each product has been photographed by our company immediately before packing and sending it by courier company. Until the delivery of the product to you, the risk for any damage is borne by our company or the courier company that works with us and the damage - damage is charged to us. Immediately after receipt and delivery of the product to you, the risk for any damage- damage of the product is borne by you. For this reason, we recommend that you take a photograph of the product upon receipt if you find that the product is damaged through no fault of your own (e.g. misuse, negligence or carelessness on your part when opening the packaging or when placing it).
 

If you return the products you ordered to our company, we will refund your money (i.e. the purchase price of the product, excluding shipping, return and replacement costs) within fourteen (14) working days from the date we receive them.

Our company bears no responsibility for any damage or destruction of the products after use and is not obliged to replace them. Also our company is not responsible in case of loss or destruction of the product during the return transport.

Product Availability

Our products are available as long as they are displayed on our website with the indication "In stock" or "Available". Availability is valid until stocks are exhausted or until further notice.

All our lampshades are handmade and are made to order with special care and attention to detail. Due to the nature of handmade production, it is required construction time from the moment your order is completed. Usually, this time ranges from 5-10 working days, depending on the complexity of the project and the availability of materials.

Upon completion of your order, you will be immediately informed about the estimated date of dispatch of your product. Our primary goal is to deliver a luminaire that fully meets our high standards of quality, aesthetics and functionality.

If the product is out of stock or an unforeseen delay occurs, our customer service team will contact you immediately by phone or email to find the best possible solution - either with a replacement, refund or new order.

If you wish, you can ask us to inform you as soon as a particular product becomes available again. We will keep your contact details and call or email you when there is new availability.

FAQ

All our lampshades are handmade and made with special attention to detail. We select fabrics ourselves, from specialist shops, based on texture, quality and how they affect the light. You'll find materials that offer diffused, soft lighting, but also others that create more contrast and shading.

Some of the bases we have are handmade and unique, made in collaboration with Greek ceramists. Others are more basic, for a more neutral and timeless effect. In any case, it is clearly stated in the description if it is handmade.

Not necessarily. Many of the fabrics we use are limited in availability. Some designs may go out of stock and not be re-circulated, as we choose small quantities to keep our collection fresh and special.

First of all we have to say that inside the lampshades we use a special PVC (polymer material), which is heat resistant and non-flammable. That is, it does not burn easily and meets basic safety requirements for use in luminaires.

As for what to choose depends on the result you want.

White PVC
The white PVC allows the light to diffuse more evenly and intensely, effectively illuminating the space. It is the ideal choice for a clean, bright effect and for environments that require functionality without losing elegance.

Shiny gold PVC
The glossy gold trim offers a more atmospheric and warm light, creating an environment with a special aesthetic. It exudes luxury and sophistication, making the luminaire a decorative element with a strong personality, ideal for more relaxed or evening lighting schemes.

Our lamps use E27 socket, the most common size for house lamps. If you need a lamp with a E14 socket, you can easily adjust your lamp by using a light source with a adapter from E27 socket to E14 socket, ensuring full compatibility and functionality.

Our lampshades are available in five basic sizes: 25 cm, 30 cm, 35 cm, 40 cm και 45 cm. If you're not sure which size fits you, here are some suggestions to help you:

  • 25 cm, 30 and 35 cm: Ideal for table lamps - small, elegant and practical for offices, bedside tables or small spaces.
